feelin sleepy for the past few days... okay actually i'm always sleepy but for the pass 2 days i was perpetually blur n sleepish. today is the worst... thru out the poetry reading thingey dis morning i wuz fighting to stay awake... and i wuz sleeping like a pig in mummy's office today... must've been a wonderful sight for her colleagues walking by to see a pig sprawled out on the 'bed' (actually couple of chairs lined up in a line) in her office.

PEOPLE I AM MAD AT!!!
currently i am quite mad at 2 people.
Wei Xiang, i am bloody mad at you!
Why?
my recent trip to Singapore wuz because of my own misunderstanding that i wud be starting college in march, so i tot i wud like to take the opportunity to travel a bit before being shackled to the horror that is the college rat race to get good grades. However i started having doubts and put my college plans on hold. but i went anyway.
Another reason for my trip is to not know my SPM results so early so as to not get depressed and upset. if i'm not in KL and nobody constantly ask me bout my results it doesn't hurt so much. But thanks to you wei xiang for being so 3 8 and telling me, I felt very upset. Thank goodness shopping around took my mind off things.
okay i am mad at myself too for not getting good grades but i shall not cry over spilt milk. so now i'm like happy with myself again.

TAXI
i juz realised it wuz ages ago since i took a public bus. After the building of the new highway stuffs near my hse, d locations of all d bus stops have changed. This i found out ytd when i attempted to take a bus to meet up with liz n mei funn in Times Square.
Anyway my i-dun-feel-like-taking-a-bus levels this morning is like 100% so i decided to take a cab. and gosh am i thankful for it. this is my happiest taxi ride ever. not becuz d taxi uncle is very leng zhai, mind you. (which is like impossible). I have heard of taxi drivers being good conversationalist but i have nvr personally come across this elusive breed (but not as elusive as leng zhai taxi drivers). Usually i'll engage in some mo-liu conversation. Once a lecherous ah-pek even talked to me bout some sexual stuff. *super yuck* *pukes on the floor*
act i've been speaking canto for quite some time but apparently it is apparent that my canto has a weird accent. a lot of people, esp those middle aged auntie uncles will ask me why my canto is so lousy, which is wat this taxi guy did. i wuz happily chattering away in cantonese, quite pleased with myself when suddenly he ask "Why ur canto so lousy one?"
Anyway being english educated, he switched to english. Okay i felt that wuz a bit condescending but juz tahan my annoyance. he shud let me practice mah if i'm really so bad...
*Ching YEE if u are reading this (which i doubt cuz ur PC spoil liao) thank you very much for constantly teasing me that i cant speak canto. subconciously my brains must've believe its true. >.< *
i digress.
so he started telling my stories bout the old KL. i juz can't believe once upon a time there were no malls in bukit bintang!!?!?! total blasphemy!!! *shocked* all they had wuz an amusement park thingey and lotsa lotsa lotssa fruit trees. Fruit trees? the uncle said the fruit trees used to be brimming with fruits and people could just plucked the rambutans, mangoes etc etc etc imagine bukit bintang without malls... wow!
it juz shows how much we have developed. maybe one day when i'm old and wrinkly and bukit bintang is a futuristic city filled with flying pods and superhightech, advanced works of architecture, my lil grandkids will be just as shocked as i am now when i tell them BB wuz once filled with normal old fashioned shopping malls.
anyways we then talked about old theatres n buildings cuz i mentioned Majestic theatre being demolished. *okay i'm still fuming about BOK house being demolished.* Anyways last time watching a movie will only cost u like a few cents. The most oso one ringgit ++ sigh... My heart is still bleeding cuz i paid 11 to watch 300 in TS ytd. usually TS movies less than 10 bucks cuz i always wear skoo U there. i realise i'm not a high skoo kid anymore, which reminds me i am now officially OLD OLD OLD!!!

i hate KANCILS!
"Uncle come already!!!" i wuz happily snuggled up in bed when i wuz rudely awaken by Ying's shouting and the realization that my driving instructor is outside the gate waiting for me... quickly, i scrambled out of bed and somehow managed to put on some decent clothes and climbed into the kancil... anywayz i love to drive but learning to drive is a pain in the ass... The uncle likes to complain and will constantly launch into some driving related lecture... which makes me bored, which in turn makes me sleepy, which means my mind wanders off... and my driving becomes... you noe...
despite looking so cute and adorable, Kancils have start to become repulsive to me... maybe cuz i associate those lil cars with bad times when the uncle complain bout my driving... I think my driving is great... i blame it on d (rather worn out) car! cuz I'm so smart and clever, it is highly unlikely that my driving sucks ^-^ now i dun like all kancils... except Kai Li's...
despite looking so cute and adorable, Kancils have start to become repulsive to me... maybe cuz i associate those lil cars with bad times when the uncle complain bout my driving... I think my driving is great... i blame it on d (rather worn out) car! cuz I'm so smart and clever, it is highly unlikely that my driving sucks ^-^ now i dun like all kancils... except Kai Li's...
