my yesterday

highlights of ytd!

* bumped into y'man when i wuz at monash ytd. wat a pleasant surprise ^^

* scraped one of my toes reli badly when i was at KL sentral... wuuuu~ it wuz so bloody.

* lunch with mummy!
we ate at B'sentral, which is kinda near KL sentral. of cuz i decided to eat tandoori chicken ^^ cuz it's my favourite indian food! we also ordered a nasi briyani, mango lasssi and mom took some veges. The nasi briyani is d colourful kind, kinda cute! hehe but both me n my mom are not big rice eaters so the portion seemed very huge to us and we struggled to finish it. the veges are reli salty ler! ~.~

the tandoori chicken is nice! and it comes with a cold mint-yoghurt chutney ( dunno d name) which is really delicious. although it looks very tame, but i suspect it actually contains cili padi... cuz for no reason my mouth feel very 'la4' and i din eat any other spicy thing. i also noticed the guy that cooks the tandoori chicken is kinda cute. he is like super fair so me n mom deduced that he's probably from Nepal. hmmm... so Nepalian guys are actually kinda cute! hehehe *grins* BUT.... the chicken he cooked is not fully cooked!!! but he dun wanna admit it. ugh! nvm dowanna kick up a fuss. forgive him lah. since he's so cute.

but our waiter is like seriously blur. blurest waiter in the world. his face is expressionless and when i told him our chicken is not cooked he just stared at me. and also we had to repeat our orders quite a few times. ~.~

overall, the food is okay lah... but i like d mint-youghurt thing... which i eat with the free papadom thingeys. but the tandoori chicken kinda pricey leh~ 7 bucks!!! usually it's 4.50 mah...

anyways cant find my camera this morn.. must've misplaced it... so no photos... unfortunately. :(

* clinique should seriously hire more young and dynamic individuals. those 'ah-sam's workin for them seriously don't understand wat's customer service. bt luckily nice pple like yati and the chinese girl (forgot her name) are real nice.

* some taxi drivers are just so ........... ~.~
i juz walked out of d main door when this guy comes up to me and ask me whether i need a cab. so i nodded and said Leisure Mall... then this dude blurted out 'dua puluh lima'. like %^&*(!!! is he dumb? luckily i din say 'chee sin' reli loud (such unbecoming behaviour for such a dainty lil lady like me lalala~) and just walked away.

is he nuts??? it's not peak hour, traffic is smooth and furthermore there's no shortage of taxis in front of klcc. is he stupid to think i'm so stupid to accept these kinda exorbitant cab fare??? chee ma kan. and instead of driving around looking for customers like the rest of the hardworking cabbies, he and a few dudes were juz loiterin around in front of klcc waitin for pple to fall for his expensive cab fare!

anyways only a few steps away and a few seconds later i got a cab. the grand total from klcc to my hse? only 8.90. 25 bucks?? siao~

wun somebody do something about these kinda cabbies? wat if some poor innocent tourist gets conned??? tsk tsk tsk!
